These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the XON App and website (xonapp.store), operated by XON App ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

XON App is a cartoon and anime streaming application that provides:

• Access to 10,000+ cartoon and anime titles in Hindi, English, Tamil, and Telugu
• Streaming on Android and iOS devices
• Free and premium subscription plans
• TV app support for large screen viewing

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

XON App offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days
• 3-Month Plan: Billed every 90 days
• Annual Plan: Billed once per year

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Technical issues preventing access to the service within 7 days of purchase
• Duplicate payments made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to avensapps@gmail.com. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or change of mind.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or modify the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use VPNs or proxies to bypass regional restrictions
• Download, record, or redistribute any content from the app
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on our platform
• Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

7. Intellectual Property

XON App does not support piracy in any form. We are strongly against copyright violation and we ensure that the content provided on XON App is not hosted by us directly.

All content available through XON App is already publicly available on other websites across the internet. We do not store any files, videos, or media on our own servers. All content is provided by non-affiliated third parties.

XON App acts solely as an index of links that are already freely available on the internet. We do not accept any responsibility for content hosted on third-party websites. Any legal issues regarding the content must be taken up directly with the respective file hosts and sources.

If you believe any content violates your copyright, please contact us at avensapps@gmail.com and we will remove the relevant links promptly.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of XON App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law before resorting to litigation.
